Income Disclosure Statement

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

IAMDIVINITY LLC (“IAMDIVINITY,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparency regarding the income potential associated with participation in our Partner program. This Income Disclosure Statement (“Statement”) is provided to all prospective and current Partners so that they can make informed decisions before enrolling and during their participation.
This Statement should be read together with the IAMDIVINITY Partner Agreement, Compensation Plan (Masterplan), Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy, all available at iamdivinity.io. By enrolling as a Partner, you confirm that you have read and understood this Statement.

2. Nature of the IAMDIVINITY Program

IAMDIVINITY operates a membership-based personal development and wellness platform offering live group transformation sessions, weekly community calls, and a daily practice methodology. The platform is offered at $99 per month following a $149 first-month enrollment.
Customers may join as Members for personal use only, with no obligation to participate in the Partner program. Members who wish to share IAMDIVINITY and earn commissions may activate the Partner Pack ($29 one-time, then $15/month), which requires an active Member Pack.

Key characteristics of the Partner program:

Commissions are paid only on the sale of legitimate Member subscriptions to end consumers.
No commissions are paid for the act of recruiting other Partners, for enrollment fees, or for inventory purchases.
There is no requirement to purchase products, inventory, or sales aids beyond the Member subscription itself in order to remain in good standing.
Becoming a Partner is entirely optional. A person may join IAMDIVINITY solely as a Member without ever participating in the Partner program.
Partners are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of IAMDIVINITY.
Members who personally refer 3 active Members receive their own $99/month subscription at no cost while those referrals remain active.

3. No Guarantee of Income

IAMDIVINITY makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the income any Partner will earn. Building any independent business takes time, effort, skill, and consistency, and most people who pursue any independent business opportunity — including ours — do not achieve significant income.

Your results will depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

Time and effort committed to the activity.
Skill in marketing, communication, and customer service.
Existing audience, network, and reach.
Local market conditions and applicable regulations.
Personal financial circumstances and business acumen.

Any examples of earnings, lifestyle, or success shared by IAMDIVINITY, its founders, employees, or other Partners are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or projection of what you will earn.

4. Compensation Structure Overview

The IAMDIVINITY Compensation Plan provides four categories of potential income to qualified active Partners:

Fast Start Bonus: $50 per personally enrolled new Member, paid daily from the enroller tree.
Binary / Weekly Bonus: A fixed weekly payout based on the Partner’s current Paid Rank, calculated across the Partner’s Placement Tree.
Pool Bonuses: Pool 1 (opens at Rank 10, Avatar 25K) and Pool 2 (opens at Rank 17, Godhead 1M) each share 1% of company commissionable volume monthly among qualifying leaders.
Rank Advancement Bonus: A one-time bonus paid the first time a Partner achieves each new rank, ranging from $200 (Rank 2) to $4,000,000 (Rank 19).

All ranks require minimum 99 Personal Volume (PV) and a 55% customer ratio. Weekly rank is measured across 5 rolling weeks; monthly rank is measured by calendar month. The commission week closes Sunday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, with payment issued the second Friday after close.

5. Rank Base Pay vs. Actual Earnings

The IAMDIVINITY Compensation Plan establishes a fixed weekly base pay at each rank, summarized in the table below. These figures are the base weekly amount payable to a Partner who achieves and maintains the corresponding rank under the qualification rules of the Compensation Plan. They are not earnings claims, projections, averages, or guarantees that any Partner will achieve any specific rank or income level. Total Partner compensation may also include Fast Start Bonuses, Pool Bonuses, and Rank Advancement Bonuses as described in the Compensation Plan.

Achieving any rank — and the base pay associated with it — requires building and maintaining a substantial active organization of paying Members and meeting all qualification requirements of the Compensation Plan. The vast majority of Partners will not advance beyond the entry ranks. No Partner should enroll, invest time, or incur expenses based on the assumption that any specific rank or pay level will be achieved.

6. Rank Advancement Bonuses
The Compensation Plan also includes one-time Rank Advancement Bonuses paid the first time a Partner achieves each rank. These bonuses are paid only upon meeting the qualification requirements specified in the Compensation Plan (typically requiring sustained rank achievement across multiple weeks and, for higher ranks, multiple months). Higher-tier bonuses are paid in installments over 2 to 6 months.
As with weekly base pay, these figures are amounts payable under the plan upon qualification and are not guarantees, projections, or representations of typical earnings. Partners should not enroll based on the assumption that any specific Rank Advancement Bonus will be achieved.

7. Partner Earnings Data
Launch-Period Notice. IAMDIVINITY publicly launched on April 26, 2026. As a result, statistically meaningful earnings data covering a full reporting period is not yet available. The figures published below will be updated within ninety (90) days of the close of our first full calendar year of operations and annually thereafter.
During the initial period, the table below reflects partial-year data using the placeholder “[TBD]” until verified figures are available. We are publishing this Statement now, in advance of complete data, in the interest of transparency.

7.2 Important Notes on the Data

“Active Partner” means a Partner who maintained 99 PV in personally enrolled Member autoship within any 5 rolling weeks during the reporting period and earned at least one commission.
A significant percentage of enrolled Partners earn no commissions in any given period.
Earnings figures are gross. They do not reflect taxes, business expenses (including but not limited to Member and Partner subscription fees, marketing, travel, equipment, software, or events), refunds, or chargebacks, which may be substantial and may exceed commissions earned.
Earnings of top performers are not typical and reflect significant time, skill, and pre-existing audience or business experience.
Past performance of any Partner, including IAMDIVINITY founders, is not predictive of future results for you.

8. Costs and Expenses

Partners may incur expenses in operating their independent business. These can include, without limitation:

IAMDIVINITY Member subscription ($149 first month, then $99/month) and Partner Pack ($29 one-time, then $15/month).
Marketing, advertising, and content production costs.
Software, equipment, and internet costs.
Events, training, travel, and professional services.
Taxes, accounting, and legal fees.

These expenses are the sole responsibility of the Partner and are not deducted from the gross earnings figures shown in this Statement. It is possible to incur expenses that exceed commissions earned.

9. Not an Investment, Security, or Employment Offer

Participation in the IAMDIVINITY Partner program is not an investment, security, franchise, or employment offer. IAMDIVINITY does not promise that participation will produce any specific financial result. Partners do not acquire any equity, ownership, or franchise interest in IAMDIVINITY by enrolling.
References in marketing materials to commission payments in USDC or other digital assets relate solely to the method of payout and do not constitute an investment, security, or token offering.

10. Updates to This Statement

IAMDIVINITY will update this Statement annually, within ninety (90) days following the close of each calendar year, to reflect the most recent reporting period. Material updates will be posted at iamdivinity.io and dated accordingly. Partners are responsible for reviewing the most current version.

This Statement is provided in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) guidance and applicable state laws governing business opportunities and direct selling. Some jurisdictions impose additional disclosure requirements; supplementary disclosures, where required, are available at iamdivinity.io or upon request.

IAMDIVINITY does not represent that the Partner program is registered, qualified, or available in every jurisdiction. Prospective Partners are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted in their place of residence.
