Cancellation Policy

At IamDivinity LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure your experience with us is smooth and transparent. Please read our cancellation policy carefully

1. Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your IAMDIVINITY Membership at any time in accordance with the terms of your Membership Agreement.

During the first seven (7) days from the date of your initial product or service enrollment or payment, whichever occurs first, you may cancel your IAMDIVINITY Membership Agreement without penalty and request a refund, provided you meet the refund eligibility requirements listed in our Refund Policy.

After the first seven (7) days, you may cancel your membership at any time, but you will not be eligible to receive a refund of fees already paid, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Session Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and prior to attending any live session. Once a session has been attended, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once the service has been accessed or the product downloaded, unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation request meets the criteria above. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Billing Descriptor

Charges on your billing statement will appear as IAMDIVINITY LLC. If you notice an unfamiliar charge, please contact us immediately.
