AVATAR TERMS

PLEASE READ THIS AVATAR AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THIS AVATAR AGREEMENT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

1. Agreement Acceptance
By applying to become an Avatar (Referrer) through the IAMDIVINITY LLC website and online enrollment process, I acknowledge and agree that I have read and understand the Avatar Agreement, which consists of these Terms and Conditions, IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Policies & Procedures, IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Compensation Plan, and IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Social Media Policy (“Avatar Agreement”). I confirm that my name and contact details are accurate, that I am of legal age to enter into this Agreement, and that I wish to become an Avatar (Referrer).

2. Avatar Agreement
I agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Avatar Agreement. I understand that the Avatar Agreement will only become effective once IAMDIVINITY LLC accepts my completed application and receives my initial and recurring fees. IAMDIVINITY LLC retains the right to accept or reject my application at its discretion.

3. No Purchase Requirement
There is no mandatory requirement to purchase sales aids, training materials, or IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Products and/or Services to become an Avatar (Referrer). Any purchases are voluntary. I understand that compensation earned as an Avatar (Referrer) (“Compensation”) and rank advancement are based solely on the sale of IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Products and/or Services to customers.

4. Payment Authorization
I authorize IAMDIVINITY LLC to charge my credit or debit card for initial and recurring fees. I will ensure the payment method is valid and keep IAMDIVINITY LLC informed of any changes to ensure continued payment of all fees. If a payment fails, my Avatar (Referrer) position may be deactivated, and IAMDIVINITY LLC may terminate this Agreement.

5. Termination
I may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to IAMDIVINITY LLC. IAMDIVINITY LLC may terminate this Agreement if I breach any part of it.

6. No Guaranteed Income
I understand that IAMDIVINITY LLC does not guarantee income, profits, or success. I will not make any claims about guaranteed earnings as an Avatar (Referrer).

7. Payment of Compensation
Compensation will be paid to the payment method I designate. If I choose to receive compensation in cryptocurrency, I understand that I am responsible for managing my wallet and that I assume the risk of cryptocurrency fluctuations.

8. Compliance and Ethics
I will comply with IAMDIVINITY LLC’s Policies & Procedures. I will not engage in deceptive or unethical practices and will make no false statements about IAMDIVINITY LLC or its products and services.

9. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes related to the Avatar Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in a location designated by IAMDIVINITY LLC, and all arbitration proceedings will be confidential.

10. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
If any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, I agree to resolve the dispute only in my individual capacity and not as part of a class or group action. I also waive my right to a jury trial.

11. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify IAMDIVINITY LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from my actions or omissions under this Agreement.

12. Restrictive Covenants
I agree not to solicit customers or other Avatars (Referrers) to move their business or engage in similar activities that conflict with IAMDIVINITY LLC during the term of this Agreement and for one year after termination.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [insert state/region/country] and any legal action will be brought before the courts in  [insert state/region/country].

14. Amendments
IAMDIVINITY LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or in the IAMDIVINITY LLC back office.

15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between IAMDIVINITY LLC and me, superseding any previous agreements.

16. Cancellation Rights
I may cancel this Agreement within seven (7) days. There are no refunds for the Avatar Pack.
